At Kalliope Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging and certificates are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kalliope gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
